You must send Notices of Dispute via email to support@prompt-generator.online. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days before commencing arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If a dispute is not resolved by informal negotiation, it will be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to litigate disputes in court before a judge or jury, subject to applicable law.

Submissions and Privacy

If you submit ideas, suggestions, designs, or other materials, you agree such submissions may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may become the property of PROMPT GENERATOR without compensation or credit to you.
